本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社アンロックデザイン（以下、「当社」という）が提供する全サービスにおける、利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて定めます。

規約の適用

01 本サービスの利用にあたっての登録手続は、当社所定の登録フォームにより、利用者本人が行うものとします。利用者は登録の際、提示する項目に関して正確な情報を登録するものとします。

02 利用者が登録フォームにおいて必要項目を入力し、登録をした時点で、利用者は本規約の内容に同意したものとします。

登録個人情報
当社は、利用者が登録した個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他関係する法律に従い適切に取り扱うとともに、厳重に管理します。
当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情及び相談対応への内部規程を定め、苦情及び相談には、迅速かつ誠実に対応いたします。

当社は、利用者が登録した個人情報を次の利用目的の範囲内で利用します：

01 本サービスに関する登録の受付、本人確認、本サービスの提供、維持、保護及び改善のため。

02 本サービスに関するご案内、お問合せ等への対応のため。

03 本サービスに関する当社の規約、ポリシー等に違反する行為に対する対応のため。

04 本サービスに関する規約等の変更などを通知するため。

05 ダイレクトメール、電子メールを含む各種通知手段によって、当社が有益と判断した企業・求人等のさまざまな情報をお届けするため。

06 取得した情報を、分析、集計することで傾向データやマーケティングデータを作成し、商品やサービスの改善等の目的のため。

07 応募者を特定するために、氏名、性別、生年月日などの情報を使用するため

08 応募に関する問い合わせへの対応や面接の日時を連絡する際、電話番号、電子メールアドレス、住所などの連絡手段に関する情報を使用するため

09 収集した個人情報は、当社が紹介する求人の選考に使用するため

上記の利用目的に付随する利用目的のため。

個人情報の自主的提供

01 選考の申し込みにおいて個人情報に不足があった場合、選考時に不利益が生じる可能性があります。

個人情報の使用および提供の原則

01 応募時に提出された個人情報は、皆様に同意いただいた収集目的の範囲内で使用および提供されます。ただし、法律に基づく要請がある場合や、個人または公共の生命、健康、財産などを保護するために必要な場合は、本人の同意なしに開示または提供されることがあります。

個人情報の管理方法

01 当社は受け取った個人情報を厳格に管理します。応募の選考結果にかかわらず、受け取った個人情報は当社のデータベースに登録されます。

個人情報の開示・訂正・削除

01 皆様は、当社が保有するご自身の個人情報の開示を要求することができます。また、開示の結果に基づき、個人情報の訂正および/または削除を要求することもできます。個人情報の開示、訂正、または削除をご希望の場合は、以下の連絡先を使用してご連絡ください。なお、この手続きにおいて、ご本人であることを確認させていただきます。

メールマガジンの配信・配信停止

01 利用者による本サービスの利用登録後、当社は利用者に対して、メールマガジン（メールマガジン関連の情報、告知、運営上の事務連絡に関連する電子メールを含む）を配信できるものとします。メールマガジンには当社の活動等に関する情報のほか、当社又はパートナー等第三者に関する広告、宣伝等が含まれる場合があります。

02 当社は、メールマガジンの配信にあたり、利用者本人が登録した情報のみ使用するものとします。

03 メールマガジンの配信業務を第三者に委託する場合、当社は当該第三者に本プライバシーポリシーの定めを遵守させるものとします。

04 利用者は随時、登録内容の変更又はメールマガジンの配信停止ができるものとします。

05 利用者が登録内容変更又は登録解除を希望する場合、各種通知手段にて当社が記載する方法により、利用者本人が手続きを行うものとします。

当社は、事前に利用者本人の承諾を得ることなく個人情報の修正、変更をしないものとします。
当社は、法律上の根拠に基づき要求された場合および利用者の同意を得た場合を除き、利用者個人を特定できる個人情報を第三者に開示しないものとします。

免責事項

当社は、以下の事項につき、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

1. 本サービスに関する一切の事項についての完全性、正確性、安全性、有用性等

2. 利用者が本サービスより提供される各種コンテンツ、弊社配信のメールマガジン等によって被った損害

3. 本サービスに関連して、利用者間で生じたトラブル

4. 当社ウェブサイトからリンクされた、当社ウェブサイト以外のウェブサイトの内容やサービスに関して生じたトラブル

5. 利用者が使用するコンピューター、回線、ソフトウェア等の環境等に基づき生じた損害

6. 本サービスの中断・停止又は本サービスの内容変更によって利用者が受ける損害

We, Unlock Design Co., Ltd. will ask you to register your personal information in the recruitment selection
process, and we will manage the personal information that we obtain from you and protect it as follows.

1. Definition of personal data
Information about an individual that can be identified by the name, date of birth or other description
contained in the information, or the number, symbol or other code, image or voice given to each individual
(that cannot be identified by the information alone, however, it includes information that can be easily
compared with other information to identify the individual).

2. Purpose of collecting and using personal information
We will use the personal information (resume/CV) collected from applicants for the purpose of introducing
jobs as shown below, and will not use it for any other purpose.
a) We will use information such as name, gender, and date of birth to identify applicants.
b) When responding to inquiries regarding applications and contacting the date and time of the interview,
we will use information on the means of contact such as telephone number, email address, and address.
c) The collected personal information will be used for application selection for the jobs that we introduce.

3. Voluntary provision of personal information
If there are any deficiencies such as omissions in the personal information submitted in the application
selection, there might be a disadvantage to you at the time of selection.

4. Principle of use and provision of personal information
Personal information submitted at the time of application selection shall be used and provided within the
scope of the purpose of collection agreed by you. However, we may disclose or provide it without the
consent of the person if it is required by law or if it is necessary to protect the life, health, property, etc. of
the person or the public.

5. How to manage personal information
We will strictly manage the personal information we receive. Regardless of whether you are hired or not
after the application selection, the personal information we receive will be registered in our database.

6. Disclosure/correction/elimination of personal information
You may request us to disclose your personal information that we hold. In addition, as a result of
disclosure, you may also request us to correct and/or eliminate your personal information. If you would
like to request disclosure, correction or elimination of your personal information, please contact us using
the contact information below. Further, we will confirm that you are the person him/herself in case of this
procedure.

With your signature below, we assume that you have agreed to the above items 1 to 6.
